Registration Information

2024-2025 School Year


Epiphany Lutheran Nursery School is currently conducting tours for the 2024-2025 school year.   Tours are conducted by appointment only.   During your appointment you will have time with the Director to be sure your questions are answered as well as a time to tour our facilities. After your tour, if you decide to enroll your child at ELNS, the first step toward enrollment is to complete the application. 

We are now accepting applications for the 2024-2025 school year.  After a period of priority registration for our current families, we will begin considering applications for new students on January 10, 2024.  Once your application is accepted, you will be invoiced via email for the application fee ($35) and new student fee ($50 for first time students only).  Your application is not considered complete until these fees are paid. Please note that these fees are non-refundable.

2023

Tour Season Begins

Oct 16th begins tour season.  From that point until we are full, we schedule tours with prospective families.  Tours are by appointment only and offer your family time to tour with the Director and have your questions answered.

Priority Registration Begins

Priority registration for our current ELNS families and Epiphany Lutheran Church members begins on December 11, 2023. Placement is guaranteed if the application is completed prior to January 10, 2024.

Open Registration Begins

All applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis as long as there are spaces available. A wait list will be created for each class once all spaces are filled in that room.  Applications are accepted throughout the year for any spaces that remain.

Contracts Sent

Contracts will be sent to all registered students for the 2024-2025 school year.  

April
2024

Contracts & Deposits Due

Contracts must be signed and returned along with the required $200 deposit in order to hold the space for the 2024-2025 school year.  

August 2024

First Tuition Payment Due and Class Assignments Announced

First tuition invoices will be emailed to families. 
A confirmation letter with your child’s class assignment, orientation information, and tuition payment schedule will be mailed to you along with a school calendar and required paperwork.
